About Our ClientOur client is a rapid growing insurer in the APAC region, famous for their wide range of offerings in life insurance products to suit their customer's needs in different stages of life. With ambitious growth targets in the next decade, they aim to challenge the industry leaders by utilizing the latest technology in the market, driving cloud adoption to the next level.They are looking for a System Administrator to join the end user computing team. This team is responsible for providing high level support to the backend infrastructure of the Windows computing environment. Ideally, they would like to have someone who has solid knowledge in M365, Active Directory, and VDI tools. The position will be a rolling contract starting with a 12-month period.Job Description

Cover the system administration for end user computing technologies
Troubleshoot issues related to M365, Active Directory, VDI, etc
Create user guides and knowledge base articles to educate and empower end-user
Identify opportunities to leverage new M365 features and functionality to improve productivity

The Successful Applicant

Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
Strong proficiency in administering and supporting M365 applications
Has solid knowledge in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and related technologies
Prior involvement in M365 implementation projects would be an advantage
Proficient in Cantonese, English & Mandarin speaking
