- The primary responsibility is to conduct frontline support needs via telephone and email and give initial support to users.
- Fulfill all contract scope and ensure sure all overcharges have been arranged on-time.
- Provide day-to-day PC administration, Office365, Outlook and desktop services.
- Provide problem analysis/ fixing, answering hotlines and services request.
- Perform ad hoc IT support duties as assigned.
- Diploma or above in Information Technology or related discipline.
- One year working experience in customer service area in IT field is preferable.
- Prior experience in providing technical support to clients over the phone will be a definite advantage.
- Knowledge on Windows, Office 365, other Microsoft applications & account admin.
- Customer-oriented with good troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and able to work under pressure.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
