Work closely with Pastry Head Chef and responsible for all the production of pastry kitchen including pastries, pizzas, desserts, cakes, pies etc
Work with a small pastry team
Requirements
3 years or above relevant experience in pastry / bakery production
Institutional training in bakery / pastry production or relevant discipline
Be a good team player
