Our one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers. With more than 290 branches and automated banking centres, including around 60 Prestige Banking Centres for our high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population in Hong Kong while offering an extensive range of products to our valued customers.We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Head of Wealth Academy.Principal responsibilities
  • Execute coaching strategies and manage resources to achieve business targets and optimize business profits
  • Develop a trust-based and constructive strategic partnership with branch network management team and also front line staff and engage wider Wealth and Personal Banking and Retail Distribution team on strategic transformation initiatives
  • Ensure the fair treatment of our customers is at the heart of everything we do, both personally and as an organization
  • Improve branch staff capability and performance, promote best sales practices to sustain sales effectiveness and provide deep dive wealth support to strategic Area/ Districts/ Branches for productivity catch up.
  • Improve branch staff’ skills in financial planning, ability to map suitable wealth solutions, client engagement, sales activities engagement and process including utilization of key client management and sales tools.
  • Upkeep frontline’s professionalism and ensure the sales quality, compliance and regulatory requirements are up to standard.
  • Work closely with relevant business partners to enhance the coaching plan & follow up the execution to develop and enhance support for frontline sales.
RequirementsRequirements
  • University graduate with minimum of 10-year relevant working experience
  • Professional knowledge of rules, regulations and statutory requirements for the banking industry in Hong Kong
  • Strategic focus as a leader with proven ability to lead change, mobilize team and stakeholders in delivery and execute for results
  • Professional stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to build up long-term trust based relationship with all levels and fostering customers and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong resilience level with the ability to safeguard her/his positive attitude even in challenging and ever-changing environment
  • Strong creativity and curiosity with proven track records on identifying the root cause of the issues and also think out of the box with creative ideas
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service process
  • Attain appropriate professional and regulatory qualifications
