With over 50 years of history, the group’s diverse businesses operate across property development, asset management and recruitment solutions, etc.Being a human resources arm of the family office, Solomon HR Solution adopts specialized and unique approaches with an experienced management team in the lead to meet clients’ business objectives for human resources.Believing that human capital is a company's greatest asset, we aim to provide a full spectrum of high-quality services in the human resources functions, specializing in executive sourcing, contract recruitment and payroll solutions.We, Solomon HR is inviting the following talent for a global NGO client.Key Responsibilities:Ensure the proper functioning of the centre and managing the day-to-day operationsResponsible for the supervision, training and outsource contractorsMaintain good coordination and relationships with residence (families) and external partnersEnsure the smooth transition of family move-in and related issuesAssist in the procurement and the operating expenditure of the buildingOversee the repair and maintenance of the house building and facilitiesRequirements:Higher Diploma / Degree is preferred (Social Work or related discipline) and experienced in Residential Care Home and Rehabilitation services a plusMinimum 4-5 years post qualification experience in social servicesExperience and knowledge in residential, housekeeping management, programmes/events, facilities management or building managementGood communication, administration skills and project managementProficient in both English and Chinese, written and verbal (Mandarin is an advantage)Hands on knowledge of MS Office applicationsAble to work a flexible schedule, including weekend and public holidays (5 days per week)Interested parties please send resume with date of available and expected salary by clicking "Apply Now".All information received will be kept in strict confidence and will be treated for employment related purposes only.
