- Creating the 360-marketing plan that aligns with the strategic objectives established by the HQ and local GM.
- Ensuring the successful launch of new products while adhering to brand standards, collaborating with the Retail and Training teams to execute campaigns and provide product reviews, and offering constructive feedback.
- Responsible for budget control and accountable for pricing and forecasting.
- Leading the CRM revamp projects and developing CRM strategies to improve customer journeys and drive acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
- Building and enhancing brand awareness and elevating the brand image in line with the brand's DNA.
- Managing local PR, Digital Marketing, and Social Media agencies and improving brand performance through KPI reporting.
- Identifying partnership opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with retailers.
