- Assisting Director of Engineering to manage the department’s daily operation and supervise the Engineering team to provide repairs and maintenance services for all the locations and facilities within the hotel premises.
- Monitor and manage team performance by providing supervision and professional development, counselling and coaching
- Assist to report and schedule contractors for preventive maintenance to limit the downtime for all critical issue
- Undertake feasibility studies on specific engineering or building works of the hotel to improve on existing facilities when necessary.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the hotel maintenance works and ensure corrective actions are being taken, prompt wherever needed.
- Assist in planning, implements and administers an energy management program and related actions or documents related to ISO14001.
- Degree in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel industry or equivalent related experience
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS office software
- Possess strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible and reliable with exceptional communication skills
- Less experience will be considered as Assistant Chief Engineer
