- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, finance, and supply chain, to develop and execute the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
- Analyze sales forecasts, demand patterns, and inventory levels to support accurate demand planning and production capacity requirements.
- Develop and maintain S&OP models, tools, and reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making and enable proactive management of supply chain activities.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, production, inventory, and customer service to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to evaluate the impact of different variables on supply chain performance and recommend actions to optimize operational outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve supply-demand imbalances, mitigate risks, and minimize stockouts or excess inventory situations.
- Coordinate and facilitate S&OP meetings to review and align on demand plans, supply plans, production schedules, and inventory strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of the S&OP process.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on sales and operations planning strategies, capacity utilization, and resource allocation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an S&OP Analyst or in a similar role within the manufacturing and retail industry.
- Strong understanding of demand planning, supply chain management, and S&OP processes.
- Proficiency in using advanced Excel functions and data analysis tools. Experience with S&OP software is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, inventory management, and retail operations is advantageous.
- Experience with ERP systems and demand planning software is preferred.
