The Private Bank helps clients plan, invest, borrow and bank to create the life and legacy they envision.Solutions Analysts work with investment professionals who are dedicated to structuring creative and opportunistic investment ideas to meet clients' portfolio objectives across all asset classes. We have specialists responsible for developing our market strategy, alternative investments, fixed income, equities, FX and commodities. We want your diverse perspective to help us innovate the next wave of products and solutions for our clients. You'll have what you need to succeed - from training and mentorship from senior leaders to projects that engage all your skills.On-the-job ExperienceDuring our Solutions Training Program, you'll gain exposure to every facet of wealth management, including investments, lending, banking, and trust and estate planning.Learning and DevelopmentThe program begins with a five-week immersive induction training, in which you will join Incoming Analysts from around the world to learn more about the firm and how we do business, build technical and professional skills, hear from senior executives and build global networks. For the entirety of the Solutions Training Program, you'll have ongoing formal and informal training opportunities, as well as continued opportunities for development, engagement, and the opportunity to participate in program initiatives.Career ProgressionYou'll be encouraged to network across the firm and discover all our opportunities as you consider your next career move. After the program, many full-time Analysts are promoted to Associates and build long-lasting careers with us.About YouIf you're a highly driven individual who enjoys working in teams to develop complex solutions, this is the role for you.   • Fluency in an Asian language (e.g. Mandarin, Cantonese) is preferred as the role will focus on client engagement and business development for Asian clients
