- Lead the procurement team and manage the daily operations include strategic vendor management, materials & packaging sourcing, order fulfilment and replenishment
- Liaise with APAC stakeholders and negotiations with vendors
- Develop and implement performance metrics to measure supplier and procurement team performance
- Collaborate with other business stakeholders to promote continuous improvement in performance management
- Degree in Supply Chain or other related disciplines
- 10 years+ Procurement experience with F&B manufacturers
- Proven track records in vendor management
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Detail-minded, pro-active and analytical
- Highly fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Manager
