Assist in Front Office daily operations
Handle guests' check-in and check-out procedures, and answer enquiries

Requirements

Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related discipline
Fresh graduate will also be considered; candidates with relevant working experience will be an advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Energetic with cheerful and hospitable personalities
Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
