About Our ClientWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager - Home & Outdoor to oversee and expand the international presence of two outdoor brands. As the primary point of contact for accounts in the APAC region, you will be responsible for managing and growing customer relations, identifying opportunities, and achieving sales and marketing targets.Job Description-Foster and maintain strong customer relationships for assigned accounts to meet sales and marketing objectives.-Continuously assess assigned markets to identify opportunities and risks, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.-Cultivate enduring relationships with distributors, understanding their needs and providing appropriate support.-Explore new channels and product categories to drive business growth.-Manage the budget and sales forecasting for the assigned country/distributor.-Deliver comprehensive sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts to the management team.-Stay informed about emerging markets, market shifts, new products, and competition.-Attend tradeshows, visit customers, and conduct market visits within the territory.-Collaborate with the U.S. and China offices to expand the international market beyond assigned territories.-Work internally with the team to identify opportunities for performance improvement.The Successful Applicant-Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.-Proven track record of 3+ years as a successful sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.-Background in selling to various retail channels or managing distributors is preferred.-Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure.-Possess a growth mindset, strong business acumen, and industry expertise.-Highly developed interpersonal skills with a self-motivated, independent, can-do attitude.-Attention to detail, patience, and excellent problem-solving abilities.-Effective communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all levels of the organization in both English and Japanese.-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).-Must be authorized to work in Japan on a full-time basis.What's on OfferThis company offers the successful candidate a promising career path with a dynamic working environment.
