錦田南發展AECOM Asia Company Limited invites applications for the following Resident Site Staff (RSS) position for contract administration and site supervision of Kam Tin South Development project. The project works include site formation works and infrastructure works (road widening / improvement, drainage, sewerage, water supply, landscaping and associated works, etc.) at Kam Tin South which will provide about 15.8 hectares of land for public housing and associated developments . The project works are anticipated to be completed in 2026.艾奕康有限公司現招聘下列駐地盤工程人員負責錦田南發展項目的合約管理及施工監督。項目相關的工程包括在錦田南進行工地平整工程及基礎設施工程(道路擴闊/ 改善、排水、排污、供水及環境美化等相關工程)，以提供約15.8公頃土地作公營房屋及相關發展。項目相關的工程預計於2026年完成。Candidates should have:
  • Certificate from Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong/ Hong Kong Institute of Construction/ Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education/ Technical Institute/ Technical College / Hong Kong Polytechnic University/ Polytechnic or equivalent in an appropriate discipline; or
  • Completed a recognised technician apprenticeship in an appropriate discipline; or
  • Successfully completed a recognized craft apprenticeship with 2 years’ experience as a skilled worker in appropriate discipline; or
  • 5 years’ experience as a skilled worker in appropriate discipline; and
  • At least 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience; or
  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience as Resident Works Supervisor II or equivalent in public works projects or those projects listed in Section 4.5.2 of the RSS Management Handbook.

  • 理工學院所頒發的相關學科證書，或具備相關界別的同等學歷；或
  • 完成一項認可的相關界別的技術員學徒訓練；或
  • 完成一項認可的相關界別的技工學徒訓練，並在相關界別具有兩年或以上擔任技工的工作經驗；或
  • 具有五年或以上擔任技工的相關工作經驗；及
  • 具有三年或以上於取得該等資格後之相關工作經驗；或
  • 最少三年在公共工程項目或駐工地人員管理手冊中4.5.2 章節列出的認可工程項目中擔任駐地盤二級監工職位或同等職位的相關工作經驗。
Attained a level of proficiency in Chinese and English Languages equivalent to Secondary 3 standard or above.
取得相等於香港中學三年級或以上的中國語文及英國語文科水平。Appointment will be made on contract term in accordance with prevailing government’s terms and conditions.
