  • Be a strategic partner with Sales team to formulate, develop and execute on the job training plan to address specific business objectives and drive sales performance
  • Deliver comprehensive training programs / sessions for retail staff that encompass sales techniques, product knowledge, customer service, and store operations both in classrooms or digital platforms
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness and success of training programmes
  • Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, developments and best practices
  • Conduct field visits to ensure the training effectiveness
  • Provide coaching and mentoring for new joiners
  • Partner with internal parties to provide training for new product launch or special promotions/events
  • Handle customer enquiries, feedback or complaints in form of incoming call, outbound call and e-mail in a professional manner
  • Identify the training needs/ gaps and deliver training related to customer feedback/comments
  • Perform other and hoc duties as assigned by superior
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Training and Development or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of solid experience in retail training and development, preferably from beauty industry
  • Experience in skincare training will be an advantage
  • Strong analytical and planning skills to understand business needs and turn into programs for execution with effective follow up
  • Good communication, interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Self-motivated, well organized with problem-solving capabilities
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
