From & track the overview status to ensure the team enforce the right decisions and have the operation capability to deliver on target cloud solution states.Accountable for protecting and ensuring all FWD cloud applications are aligned to meet requirements from Business, Technology function, Company Compliance, Regulators and Governments’ requirements in all our markets. Involve and guide local markets to properly handle the cloud related issues in the markets.Lead efforts to seamlessly integrate AI technologies into existing systems for enhanced automation and operational efficiencyDevelop and lead initiatives to drive cloud automation, targeting an achievement of over 80% automation in cloud processes and operationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions to streamline cloud-related tasksOversee the execution of the cloud-native strategy to achieve 75% cloud-native functionality in all applicationsEstablish governance controls and protocols to ensure adherence to cloud-native principles across various application environmentsManage cloud solutions delivery risks, identifies, determines and recommends risk mitigation solutions for deployment and maintenance as appropriateDrive the implementation of test automation, data and cloud governance control to provide the best quality and ready-to-live solution / services / products in the cloudResponsible to work across all governance officers from local Markets to the Group. Gather the governance requirements from information security, data and digital governance, and Corp. Legal & Compliance. Lead the cloud governance process throughout all the cloud-enabled transformations.Extract the business intelligence / insights from the data and cloud applications to smartly spot and avoid the violation of governance, regulatory and security loopholesAnalyze the cloud applications, including architecture, data, infrastructure and security control and ability to solve security and governance incidents from the complex systems and its applications in or cross marketsEstablish a cloud governance framework which establish and enforce the rules of conducts for cloud useProvide strategic partnership to anticipate opportunities for information/data management governance activities and projectsInfluence implementation of information governance and best practices, tools and associated processes across the Enterprise.Influence/drive business awareness of information/data governance through work activities to include awareness forums.Author information governance guidelines, principles, policies, and standards for information / data stewards, stakeholders, and development teams.Develop prioritization methods for and implementation plans for information governance initiatives to meet Cloud regulatory requirements in all FWD marketsResponsible for acquiring and applying expert knowledge of various lines of the business, channels, and their applications and processes to include providing advice on satisfying regulatory requirements related to information governance and management.Lead the assessment and coordination of information governance training requirements and learning objectives for the enterprise.Prepares formal reports and presentations of findings and recommendations; presents findings to various levels of leadership.QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE10+ years in delivering data/cloud governance practices covering areas of Enterprise architecture, security, IT operations, IT infrastructure, networking, Identity and virtualizationManagement experience of a global team, preferably in security and governance domainsAbility to understand complex business problems, disaster recovery and the scope and operations of the front office activitiesAbility to synthesize complex requirements to a set of tangible technology related actions that relate back to the CCoE / business strategyAbility to communicate the CCoE strategy to fulfill all regulatory and security standardUnderstanding of business as a whole with respect to technologies, platforms and infrastructureStrong communication and relationship building skillsKNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLSSolid understanding of the insurance and cloud governance standards for main markets in the world or in AsiaExemplify good interpersonal communication skills at all levels of business users, IT, partners and vendorsDeep appreciation of latest and emerging technologies and practice, such as DevOps, Cloud, Microservice and Mobile developmentImplementation experience in Life insurance systems, e.g. Point of sales, compensation system, workflow and CRM will be an advantage.
