Our client is a reputable and top tier luxury fashion brand. They have strong presence in menswear, womenswear, leathergoods, accessories and jewelry. To cope with their local business expansions, they are currently looking for a Retail Operations Executive to join and support the Operations Team. about the team.Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work alongside with other departments including but not limited to Store Team, Finance, HR, Merchandising and Marketing. You will also support all retail activities such as VIP events, Seasonal Preview, Pop Up Stores and etc. This is a 1-year renewable contract role. ...about the job.
- Support smooth operations of retail stores by coordinating with Store Leaders and Store Secretaries, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle all back office operation tasks including general administration, maintenance, uniform, expenses reimbursement etc
- Collaborate with internal departments on retail activities
- Work with customer service and aftersales service teams on related issues in a timely and professional manner
- To assist any other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager
- Associate Degree or above
- 1+ year of experience in retail operations; welcome candidates from fashion, beauty, accessories, consumer goods background
- Proactive, self initiated, detail minded and a good team player
- Proficient with computer skills and MS Office with good knowledge on Powerpoint and Excel
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) required
