Company DescriptionOur client is a sizable F&B group with multiple trendy bars and award-winning restaurants in Hong Kong. They're going to have a new outlet opening, and currently looking for a Head Pastry Chef to lead the team.Responsibilities
  • Support the Executive Chef and lead the pastry team for delivering high quality food items.
  • Responsible for food ordering and inventory control
  • Menu development with uniqueness and have timely rotation with seasonal ingredients.
  • Ensure the kitchen achieves all safety and sanitation standards and regulations
  • Maintain a harmony working environment and positive relationship among the kitchen team
Requirements
  • Hospitality Management or related disciplines are preferred.
  • 10 years or above relevant experience, with experience in fine dining or luxury hotels is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Customer service-oriented and innovative.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
