Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process from business development to souring to execution of closing deals
Collaboratively consulting with clients on trends, workflow and the market
Establish and grow long term relationships with valued clients & candidates
Candidate and client care activities with strong business acumen and eventually build up your ability to acquire new clients
Continuously focus on growing your desk and seeking new opportunities to gain market share / increase revenue
