  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process from business development to souring to execution of closing deals
  • Collaboratively consulting with clients on trends, workflow and the market
  • Establish and grow long term relationships with valued clients & candidates
  • Candidate and client care activities with strong business acumen and eventually build up your ability to acquire new clients
  • Continuously focus on growing your desk and seeking new opportunities to gain market share / increase revenue

You will be a seasoned professional who is agile, works at a fast pace and shows resilience.Showcasing your professional influencing skills, you’ll collaborate with your stakeholders to deliver an exceptional client and candidate experience. Your previous talent acquisition experience will help you quickly understand business needs and add value from day one. Working autonomously, you will partner with the business and manage a wide range of stakeholders to ensure our client attracts and retains top talent.Degree Holder

  • Fluency in English, Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) in both spoken and written
  • Less experienced candidates and fresh graduates are also welcome
