- Provide a wide spectrum of quality support for Relationship Managers to enable them to drive revenue, improve client engagement, maximize operational efficiency, and allow Relationship Managers to spend more time with client
- Proactive client management via follow-up calls and acting as the first point of contact for customers on general banking enquiries, aiming to nurture cemented relationship with exploration of new business potential via customers referral
- Assist to investigate and provide accurate feedback and solution on general banking services to clients, by liaising with internal departments
- Retrieval of supporting transaction records for relationship managers’ review and assessment to complete client review
- Assist RM in handling referrals from different business parties and finding the right solutions for clients
- Prepare monthly MI for the respective team and handle daily task for department, e.g. exception reports
- Act as an interface with Utility teams to ensure smooth credit operation support to Relationship Manager
- Customer focused and have strong interpersonal and problem solving skill
- Good understanding of general banking products and services as well as having sound knowledge in using bank operating systems such as Online Banking System and Customer Relationship Management System
- Good understanding on credit assessment or operations, approval process and security documentation is preferred, but not essential
- Fluent in spoken and written English with knowledge in Putonghua is an advantage
- Proficient in using Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
