- Handle the recruitment operation and service, such as posting job advertisements, setup recruitment day, assessing and selecting candidates, conducting new hired staff orientation etc.
- Work closely with HRA team which including front and back office for the post requirement and fulfillment.
- Explore and develop hiring channels and platforms for talent attraction and sourcing, not limited for HK office and support to all regions
- Provide HR analytics and management reports to support business decisions and conduct benchmarking exercises to facilitate effective hiring
- Co-ordinate the training and to review and evaluate effectiveness of training programmes, assessment of training service providers
- Provide full spectrum of administrative supports including general office administration, procurement, fixed assets management, company events, office renovation, maintenance and insurance/service contract renewal & etc.
- Participate in HRA-related projects and initiatives as assigned
- University student majoring in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR Practice would be advantage
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, proactive with positive work attitude
- Proficient in MS Office applications e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Immediately available is highly preferred
- Able to work at least 4 days per week
