To formulate brand and business development strategies to define an outstanding brand image, positioning and achieve sales target
To manage health and skin care product development projects from initiation, planning, sourcing, sampling, testing, design development, pricing, positioning to roll-out
To manage P&L to drive market share and sales
To develop ATL & BTL materials to promote the brand image
To explore new initiatives/ cooperation platform
To provide product training to the sales team
To regularly review and measure the effectiveness of sales & marketing plans
To ensure inventory levels of products are well planned and controlled within reasonable volume
To analyze business trends and consumer insights to deliver brand sales and market share targets

Job Requirements

Degree holder in Business Administration or Marketing with a minimum 8 years work experience in Brand Management
Minimum 3 years’ proven track record in brand management, product development and project management
Experience in health/ beauty care industry, purchasing and sourcing is highly preferred
Strong sense of Market-focused with strategic thinking, problem solving tactics
Excellent skills of leadership, negotiation, communication skills and multi-tasking are required
Good time management and able to work under tight deadline and over time
Aggressive, creative, efficient, organized, and energetic
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficiency in PC knowledge such as MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
