About Our ClientOur client is a sizable listed organization with multiple business units across Hong Kong and China.Job DescriptionThe HR Transformation division sits under the HR umbrella, and has a team of 14-15 talents with expertise across HRIS, HR Transformation (process & project management) and HR Data Analysis. You will report to the Head of HR Transformation and lead the team in delivering digital transformation, workflow revamp and areas for further optimization, streamlining and process improvement for the HR COE users. The company has a customized system to support all HR COE functions for a sizable headcount, hence your role is to investigate, provide recommendations and prioritize on areas to redevelop based on the urgency and immediate needs of the orgnaization. In addition, you will partner with the IT division to build and develop data driven systems, dashboards, reports and use data & statistic modelling to provide insights to the HRBPs.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will be degree qualified in Computer Science or Software Engineering with solid experience and knowledge in managing Human Resources processes and data insights. We are looking for candidates with hybrid experience from Technology and HR, with solid knowledge in using PowerBI for dashboard, HR reports, and workflow revamp/automation. You will have solid experience in managing and working on HR analysis with a sizable data warehouse.
