• Global Financial Services Company.

• Collaborate closely with the IT Helpdesk team to ensure users receive thorough support for their IT requirements.
• Deliver first-level support and troubleshoot software applications, operating systems, hardware devices, and network connectivity issues.
• Utilize helpdesk ticketing systems and remote support tools, demonstrating proficiency in their usage.
• Maintain meticulous records by documenting all support interactions and solutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
• Keep an up-to-date inventory of devices, including computers, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
• Contribute to the deployment of image builds on Windows and Mac devices, ensuring accurate configuration and setup.

• Minimum 3 years of working experience with relevant experience within the IT industry (Preferably within the Banking & Financial Services space).
• Strong troubleshooting skills for addressing a wide range of IT issues promptly and effectively.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows, MacOS, and iOS platforms.
• Display familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, skillfully prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
