Senior Operation Officer, Passenger Service

• Manage and administer service contractors/licensees through regular audits and work-flow review, ensure the contractors providing all required services according to the prescribed standards
• Assist in contract management including general administration, preparation of monthly reports, agreements and payroll verification
• Assist in tender exercises including market research, tender preparation, evaluation and mobilization for service commencement
• Support the delivery of new service initiatives and enhancement projects
• Handle passenger feedback and review processes for service enhancement
• Assist with the formulation and monitoring of business and budget plans to ensure achievement of planned objectives and financial targets
• Perform real-time airport operation support duties on needed basis

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Facility/ Property Management or other related disciplines with minimum 3 years’ work experience including minimum 1 year's relevant work experience in airport operation or other sizable companies
• Hands-on experience in contract management, procurement, planning or operations in aviation industry or related fields will be an advantage
• A good team player with pleasant personality
• Responsible, proactive, innovative and service oriented
• Strong problem solving, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure with strong multi-tasking skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Office applications including MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
