- Identify and priorities the key healthcare institutions, institutional customers/stakeholders, including decision making / influencing network. Build stakeholder mapping and engagement strategy
- Strong understanding of the vaccines market landscape, healthcare economic environment and the ability to effectively drive long-term sustainable patient solution. Lead the long-term, consultative, senior executive institution / system relationship to become the trusted business advisor. Develop a holistic mid to long-term collaboration plan with each of the prioritized key Healthcare Institutional Accounts
- Maximize opportunity across the Pfizer Vaccines portfolio with a collective advantage approach.
- Monitor progress with key accounts and executes Key Account Plans in a timely manner
- Manage a set of prioritized accounts to achieve agreed upon business objectives
- Take a short/mid/long-term view of Pfizer Vaccines Portfolio business, aligning across functions in the category
- Ensure customer support by engaging with customers through both in-person and virtual interactions
- Bring the right SMEs and other Pfizer capabilities in order to address customer’ needs
- Responsible for identifying areas of joint interest that support a legitimate unmet patient need
- By partnering with needed Pfizer cross-functional teams, the SHP leads the development of a strategic and holistic plan for the institution and the co-creation of innovative solutions to meet the key institutions’ healthcare priorities in those areas of joint interest supporting a legitimate unmet patient need
- Support the procurement process/availability of medicines per existing commercial agreements
- Lead in multi-layers complex projects and ensure effective implementation.
- Ensure projects are well coordinated among key stakeholders and focus on achieving project goals.
- Build enthusiasm for projects among internal and external stakeholders through communicating compelling visions.
- Bachelor’s Degree / tertiary education in science or business equivalent
- At least 5 years’ experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry with proven experience in Key Account Management, Business Development
- China, Greater Bay Area exposure in pharma/healthcare industry is a plus
