- Provide weekly analysis to report and implement promotion plan (e.g. KPI Report, GWP management, inventory management)
- Closely monitoring stock replenishment and allocation to ensure on-order needs matches with location sales needs
- Identify fast and slow sellers and develop action plan with related department
- Cooperate with different department; e.g.: Merchant, Marketing, Strategic Sales and Retail Operation Team to align the stock status
- Prepare the Overstock and aging stock list with action plan proposal that to avoid stock loss
- Strategy planning to ensure all department running smoothly by stock level
- By SKUs level deeply investigate of the promotion effectiveness
- Supply the SKU Team with appropriate initialization information to activate distribution
- Develop and recommend markdown strategy
- Recommend quantities to place order with Merchant team in advance based on the stock projection
- Monitor the stock sales trend and make recommendations as appropriate
- Based on the Top management decision and requirement to provide data analysis and action plan
- Closely monitor the inventory flow in different storage location to achieve the gross margin plan and to maximize sales and profitability
- Any other ad hoc duties or projects as per assigned
- Degree in BA or related disciplines;
- At least 3 years work experience in similar position (experience in Travel Retail and/or beauty-fashion is a plus);
- Meticulous, good initiative, dependable and team player
- Numerical inclined with strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet reporting deadlines
- Good problem solving, communication and analytical skills;
- Detail-minded with multi-tasking skills;
- Excellent in MS Office (especially Excel, Powerpoint), experience with SAP will be an advantage;
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese; Knowledge in Korean will be a plus.
