Business FunctionGroup Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Principal Responsibilities· Work with different line managers to develop IT budget including review and consolidate all the budget proposals in a highly accurate manner and comply with company’s policies· Provide sound financial management including periodical forecast, strategic cost management and expense analysis and monitoring to ensure it stays within budget· Prepare financial reports to assist management to make financial decisions· Provide business management support in relation to headcount, scorecard, risk control, strategy planning and other ad hoc duties assigned· Conduct risk monitoring in areas related to general ledger movements tracking and outsourcing governance within the department· Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies and systems to facilitate company’s strategy implementationRequirements· University degree holder in in business, accounting, finance, economics, or related field· Minimum 5 years of working experiences in banking industry and in related area of expertise· Financial management knowledge· Experience with data visualization tools and techniques· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formula creation, pivot tables, and charting· Specialized in IT budgeting is an advantage· Good communication skills in both Chinese & EnglishApply NowWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.We regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
