We employ over 21,000 people worldwide.We are also a founding member of the oneworld global alliance whose combined network serves over 750 destinations worldwide.Reports to: Performance Marketing ManagerDepartments: BIM - Brand, Insights & Marketing CommunicationsThe Assistant Performance Marketing Manager will be someone who has strong knowledge and understanding of media channels and digital marketing. The person will be someone handle always-on channels such as SEM, Programmatic display advertising and SEO with supports from media agencies on daily basis.Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the manager to develop and plan the strategy of the overall performance marketing programme and synergies between brand, display / programmatic, search, social, marketing cloud, digital content and other touchpoints.
  • Oversee the development and execution of global performance marketing initiatives including SEM and display ads in order to achieve KPIs of air pillar marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in developing and implementing SEO strategies to drive organic traffic into our website
  • Work closely with different marketing teams around the world to optimize funnel and improve conversion rates; along with different stakeholders within the company to improve customer engagement and expand the scope of Cathay travel lifestyle brand.
  • Ongoing enhancement on media plan built to answer business needs in order to improve digital experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Understand and execute customer segmentation and targeting for business pillars across digital touchpoints.
Requirements
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Paid Media. Experience in industries like airline / travel industry a plus.
  • Excellent professional knowledge of performance marketing tools / platforms, e.g. Adobe / Salesforce suite, Google Analytics, DoubleClick Campaign Manager, DV360, Facebook Ads, site testing / optimization tools and etc.
  • Knowledge in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Google Marketing Platform, or Tealium a plus.
  • Strong communicator, collaborative. Experience working in matrix structure to support cross team initiatives.
