Operations Director (manufacturing/FMCG)

• Drive operational efficiency, productivity and quality through optimising processes
• Strategies with Head of Logistics on transportation, warehousing, and distribution of products, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
• Lead and mentor QA team fostering a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the R & D team; Identifying opportunities for process optimisation, efficiency gains, and innovation.
• Ensure smooth running of the whole merchandising department from customer servicing, product development, supplier sourcing, vendor selection and quality management to product delivery

• Education in relevant discipline
• Min 9 - 13 years solid experience of management of OEM supplier
• Rich experience in manufacturing of FMCG products
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytic and problem-solving skill.
