Job Description: * The engineer will be required to manage R&D projects including literature review, project design, laboratory testing and analysis.

He/she will identify, test and troubleshoot metallization processes for PCB panels, Photovoltaic wafers, LED substrates and other semiconductor parts.
He/she will meet customers and technology partners to discuss roadmaps, process development, project progress, test plans, and prototype setup.
He/she will work with equipment engineers to ensure hardware designs fulfill process and performance requirements.

Job Requirements: * Candidates will need to demonstrate experience in handling chemicals, and an ability to set up a DoE and execute tests for new processes.

Good statistical, analytical, and problem solving skills will be required in addition to engineering sense. Those with knowledge of PCB, PV wafer, LED substrate and semiconductor processes will be preferred.
Knowledge of Solidworks is preferable.
Occasional overseas trips will be required
