- Develop new business and servicing the designated business portfolio.
- Perform client relationship activities in line with the Company’s shared goals and objectives.
- Assist in staff training, coaching and development to achieve Company’s shared goals and objectives.
- Perform other duties as directed and assigned by the management.
- Degree holder with a minimum of 10 years working experience in insurance broking, with at least 3 years senior management level.
- Experience in the marine & logistics insurance market.
- Holder of professional qualifications such as ANZIIF and CII a definite advantage
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is required
- Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent analytical, time management and client relationship skills
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with the ability to work unsupervised on day to day matters
