Our client, a leading sustainable company in Hong Kong, is seeking an experienced Network & System Specialist to join their team. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining reliable IT network and system infrastructure to support business operations.Job Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, implement, and maintain IT network and system infrastructure, including servers, storage, backup, and network components.
- Oversee IT infrastructure operations, including hardware, software, server, storage, network, and backup management.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards across the Group.
- Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to align solution and project execution with business requirements and IT best practices.
- Conduct control and compliance assessments to identify risks or weaknesses, and recommend procedural improvements.
- Evaluate business operations and design technology solutions that optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with IT governance and cross-functional teams to ensure project designs and implementations adhere to IT standards and regulations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for IT solutions, and operational procedures.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and IT best practices to continuously evolve IT infrastructure and service design.
- Experience in networking, IT consulting, or IT infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols, operating systems, and IT infrastructure components.
- Hands-on experience supporting networks, systems, servers, storage, backup, and applications.
- Experience in technical design, implementation, and support of IT solutions.
- Knowledge of IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
