- Act as key personnel in service delivery in HR Service Center.
- Take part in conducting New Hire Orientation.
- Responsible for bringing filing system and database up-to-date.
- Update and maintain employee records in the HR information system, to ensure accuracy of staff data through regular data cleansing activities.
- Handle various benefit-related administrative duties regularly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of data/all information and act with integrity.
- Well Organized and great attention to detail.
- Team player but also independent and driven.
- Good command of English and Mandarin.
- Prior internship/ part-time experience in Human Resources will be an advantage.
- Studying toward a degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Able to work at least 2-3 full working days per week, able to work full time would be an advantage.
