香港中文大學Applications are invited for:Project Co-ordinator II (Ref. 250001F6) (Closing date: August 26, 2025)Department of FinanceThe Department of Finance of the CUHK Business School (also known as the Faculty of Business Administration) is looking for a high-calibre and dynamic individual to take up the position of Project Co-ordinator II.The appointee will be responsible for (a) providing career support for several undergraduate finance programmes and the MSc in Finance programme; (b) organising and providing logistics support for all career-related events; (c) assisting in outreaching, sourcing and following up on internship and graduate opportunities, facilitate job placements, liaising with internal and external stockholders; (d) providing related administrative, documentation and reporting support; (e) performing administrative duties for the BSc in Quantitative Finance and Risk Management Science programmes as required; and (f) performing other duties as assigned.Applicants should have (i) a good Bachelor's degree; (ii) at least 2 years' relevant post-qualification experience, priority will be given to those with experience dealing with student placement and activities; (iii) a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua); (iv) passion for education and dedication to groom the next generation; (v) strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, detail-minded, committed and hardworking with a high degree of integrity; (vi) the ability to work independently and as a team member, work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure; and (vii) strong IT, social media skills, and a willingness to learn and apply new technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of team's efforts.Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for up to 2 years (with contract-end gratuity for a 2-year contract) commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.Application Procedure
