  • 負責維護供排水系統正常運行操作，包括水塘、配水庫、污水泵房及污水處理設施內之相關系統
  • 展現對水喉渠務及設備的構建、組件配搭、運行操作、維修保養及疑難解決具相當知識
  • 擁實質技藝執行水喉渠務、設備和潔具配件等之操作、維修及保養
資歷要求:
  • 具備建造業議會水喉渠務學徒訓練計劃証書 / 工藝測試証書或同等資歷，並持有有效綠咭及安全訓練証書
  • 擁第1及2類別有效駕駛執照、機械操作証書、密閉空間合資格人士証書、燒焊及磨輪証書者優先考慮
  • 具物業管理或建造業5-8年供排水系統安裝維修保養相關經驗，備監督經驗更佳
  • 對水喉渠務、衛浴潔具、泵水設施、加壓裝置、水泵操控及樓宇大型維修翻新抱充實工作經驗為佳
  • 善於溝通、聯繫、指導及團隊工作，能集體領導，並樂於排難解困和提供替代可行解決方案
  • 願意於棚架上及離地工作
