The Client Solutions Manager of Meta's Greater China team is a strategic and experienced solution-driver and business consultant who puts our customers at the core. This role will be responsible for the Travel and Ecommerce verticals covering Hong Kong and Taiwan. You will have opportunity to build and manage key relationships, gain expertise on digital platforms and products, develop skills as a trusted adviser in marketing and advertising strategies, and lead media planning and measurement for our diversified advertiser portfolio ranging from Fortune 500 corporate to unicorn start-up. This role is embedded in the sales team to build executional and functional partnerships, use data and analytics to devise comprehensive solutions for our clients, and drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing opportunities that deliver on our client's business objectives.Client Solution Manager ResponsibilitiesIn partnership with Client Partner, analyze client situations and devise integrated marketing and advertising strategies optimally incorporating Meta solutions to maximize client valueUse data, insights and market intelligence to identify opportunities and guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutionsServe as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and driving product adoptionDrives product innovation internally with cross functional partners based upon market trend and emerging needs of clientsPlan media and creative structure and oversee the implementation of campaigns to deliver against client business objectivesOutline and oversee measurement scheme, tracking, and results delivery to study the effectiveness of Meta solutionsOversee budget spend, manage analytics and dashboards, and provide optimization and real-time recommendationsCollaborate with Client Partner to exceed sales and yield goals for the book of business that assigned to youOperation Rigor and Project ManagementManage complex external and internal work streams, and optimize clients' advertising operation mode to meet business objectivesOversee internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting and fixing issues, monitoring and alerting ads policy violations, setting up account and financial details, and so on)Build and manage relationships with both C-suite and front-line stakeholders in clients and agencies across media, creative, tech enabler industries, etcCollaborate very closely with a wide-ranging group of internal cross functional teams and cross region counterpartsMinimum QualificationsBA/BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, Business, Marketing or related field5+ years' experience working directly with marketing, media and/or consulting firms and demonstrated leadership skills requiredFluency in English and Mandarin are required as this role will collaborate with external stakeholders whose usual business language is English and MandarinEffective and creative problem solving and decision-making skillsExperience working effectively with cross functional partners and all levels of management (internally and externally)Demonstrate capability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detailsDemonstrate capability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively on a teamDemonstrate capability to build ongoing relationships with external clients and taking it to the next levelAdvanced Excel skills and experience with data analysisPreferred QualificationsExtensive experience as a Meta platforms user and familiarity with Meta's ad solutionsPreferred qualification or experience in digital advertising and at the same time working with brand advertisersExperience with data visualization tools, analysis tools and sales pipeline managementAbout MetaMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
