Responsibilities:
  • You will perform requirements gathering, prepare functional specifications and support business testing;
  • You will execute end to end testing including creating test plan, conducting testing and communicating with business users during UAT
  • You will manage change requests and track the progress of bug fixing for designated applications with development teams
  • You will rovide roll-out and post-implementation support
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience as a business analyst
  • Experience with business requirements analysis and digital transformation
  • Telecom experience is a plus
  • Excellent command of spoken and written Cantonese and English.
