We are looking for young and energetic candidates to join our Human Resources and Administration Department.ResponsibilitiesWe are now inviting part-time to join our HRA Team to provide comprehensive support in C&B, recruitment, training & development, employee relations and all other general office administrative duties.Assist in the overall logistics arrangement of recruitment process, from job posting, interview appointments, collection of evaluation and comments from the business units to onboardingSupporting the employee life cycle activities and documentation (MPF & medical insurance enrollment, internal transfer, exit, etc) to create the best PAO Bank experienceAssist in the administrative duties, including procurement work, contracts management, fixed assets management and document filling.Assist in the creation and maintenance of applicants’ personnel files and database with data integrityPerform reception duties including but not limited to handling incoming calls and enquiries, greeting guests/visitors, courier arrangement if necessary.Other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisorEntry requirementsCurrent undergraduates in Human Resources, Business Management or any related disciplines.
