We are currently partnering with a top-tier hedge fund with a strong global presence. They are actively seeking a Software Developer to join their Crypto Desk, based in Hong Kong. The role is open to candidates globally and relocation support is available.Job Responsibilities:

Design, build, and optimize core technology systems that support the systematic crypto trading desk
Collaborate closely with traders and quantitative researchers to deploy, maintain, and automate 24/7 trading strategies
Architect clean, scalable solutions using modern development tools and best practices
Contribute innovative ideas and actively experiment with new approaches to improve trading performance and infrastructure

Job Requirements:

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in software development, ideally within trading or financial systems
Strong proficiency in Python, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code; familiarity with C++ is a strong advantage
Solid understanding of building real-time, high-performance, and fault-tolerant systems
Experience working in collaborative, fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams
Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS), DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset and eagerness to contribute new ideas
