Summary of the Job:This role will directly report to Head of merchandising. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing business trend, forecast and purchase for APAC markets, working closely with APAC and global demand planners, merchandisers, and regional merchandisers, and possess excellent communication skills. The role will also involve sample and part timer arrangement work and will require the ability to adapt and multitask.Job Responsibilities:Job duties include but not limited to, the followings:
  • Collaborate with the finance and regional merchandising team to plan and set the purchasing order budget for the APAC market, considering market demand, sales forecasts, and financial targets.
  • Conduct forecast vs budget track, analyze and forecast business and recommend, implement strategies and finding gaps by SKU level to ensure sales are maximized and plan is achieved.
  • Manage SMS orders by coordinating with the global demand planning team, ensuring accurate order placement, and timely delivery.
  • At appropriate game plan gates, communicate product performance to merchandising & business planning team to ensure latest results is implied into future season requirements & stock/sales models.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on PO status, budget utilization, and forecasted buying analysis to relevant stakeholders Including Create and maintain reports for the team as needed and management report write-up on ad hoc projects
  • Liaise with markets, NBIL and global teams to ensure alignment on forecast and PO-related processes, standards, and guidelines.
  • Key contact for operations and re-order maintenance.
  • Sample & part time management
Job Requirements:
  • Degree holder with at least 8 years relevant working experiences
  • Exposure on Regional market management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with demand planners, merchandisers, and global teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
  • Emphasis collaborative and teamwork
  • Idea candidate requires ability to adapt and influence change within the planning and analysis forums.
