Marketing Operations officer (1 yr renewable contract)

• Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
• Create and implement comprehensive demand generation campaigns that incorporate a variety of innovative marketing strategies. Craft data-driven campaigns that are aligned with our KPIs.
• Handle assigned campaigns and related projects, which may involve coordinating with subject matter experts and liaising with external vendors and service providers.
• Manage ongoing campaign projects, including timelines, ROI tracking, and continuous optimization.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in digital campaign management.
• Proven track record of delivering results, with experience in key account management and building strategic partnerships.
• In-depth knowledge of business development strategies, market trends, and outstanding business insight.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster long-term client relationships.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines independently or as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and a quick learner with a can-do attitude. Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English are preferred.
