
Promotions & Marketing Officer (Ref: Event Marketing & Sales Promotions)

- Plan, organize, and execute a variety of mall-led, third-party, and tenant events, including art and cultural exhibitions, festive events, sales promotions, and collaborative campaigns.
- Support the PR team by preparing creative angles and communication materials for promotional use.
- Contribute to social media content planning and execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, ideally in event management or shopping mall promotions.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, tenants, and external partners.
- Creative, organized, detail-minded and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and under pressure. Willingness to work on festive holidays when required.
- Good understanding of shopping mall promotions and online-to-offline marketing strategies.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Google Apps (YouTube, Forms, Docs, Sheets), and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, REDNOTE, WeChat).
- Familiarity with local and China-based payment apps is a plus.
