It is the ultimate place to shop, dine, work, play and relax. Our team is professional in leasing and portfolio management of comprehensive development and providing quality services to our tenants and creating added value for our investments.RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for the leasing and day-to-day management of commercial & retail properties within Cityplaza portfolio, and other commercial properties, such as street level shops etc, and estate management within the portfolio
  • Foster tenant relationships, interact with prospective and existing clients on new lettings, tenancy renewals and rent reviews, as well as prepare related documents
  • Responsible for the coordination of tenant fit-out projects and budgetary control
  • Assist in the oversight of the daily operation, maintenance and asset enhancement of the properties within the portfolio
REQUIREMENTS
  • University graduate; professionally qualified in General Practice Surveying (HKIS) or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in leasing and property management, with previous international exposure would be an asset
  • Strong business networks with international retail and F&B tenants and real estate agents
  • Interprets and applies business, financial and market knowledge to make business decisions and advance the organisation's goals
  • Ensures accountability. Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments. Acts with a clear sense of ownership. Establishes clear responsibilities and processes for monitoring work and measuring results
  • Achieves results, even under tough circumstances
  • Good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills, with strong customer service focus
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
