Aurex Group have been exclusively engaged to recommend a Project Manager for an established contractor specializing in exterior works. Known as a market leading service provider in the APAC market, you would have the opportunity to be part of a progressive business that are taking a market share in the regional space.Detail orientated and pro active, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of high profile luxury projects in Singapore and the neighbouring countries. Overseeing the delivery of build work, your main responsibility will be to ensure projects are delivered to the standards set by the client. Liaising with your internal design team, sub contractors and the client, your communication skills will be integral to your success.To be considered for a role, you must hold the following:

A minimum of 6 years in an project delivery role(PM or DM), focusing on the later stages of the design process.
A tertiary qualification in a relevant subject.
A stable employment history within the local market
Strong communication skills, able to deliver a message across all grades.
A portfolio with built retail, hospitality or high spec interior typologies.
