  • Acknowledge day-to-day VIP’s arrival
  • Assist the Captain to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Present menu and drink list to guests; provide detailed information and explanation when needed
  • Inform guests about the day’s specials/recommended dishes
  • Offer menu recommendations upon request
  • Take accurate orders and serve accordingly
  • Communicate order details to kitchen employees; expedite food orders if required; and collect food orders from the kitchen verifying that they are correct
  • Set tables with tableware, decorations, condiments and napkins; remove used tableware/ consumable items from tables
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the superiors
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience or in a similar capacity
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, fluent in Mandarin is a plus
  • Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
