Sound like you? To apply you need to be:

Fresh graduate or with less than 2 years of full time working experience, and with a Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Housing Management, Real Estate, Construction Management, Surveying, Urban Studies, Conservation
Enthusiasm in developing career in property management and well versed in industry trends
Strong business acumen, with creative and strategic thinking, and analytical skills
Self-motived with strong will to learn, persistent and confident
Sound judgment, the ability to collaborate in a professional setting and quickly adapt to new roles and projects
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
