Sound like you? To apply you need to be:
  • Fresh graduate or with less than 2 years of full time working experience, and with a Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Housing Management, Real Estate, Construction Management, Surveying, Urban Studies, Conservation
  • Enthusiasm in developing career in property management and well versed in industry trends
  • Strong business acumen, with creative and strategic thinking, and analytical skills
  • Self-motived with strong will to learn, persistent and confident
  • Sound judgment, the ability to collaborate in a professional setting and quickly adapt to new roles and projects
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
