- Manage assigned customer accounts, nurture relationship with existing customers and build his/her own pipeline & new prospects from network referrals so as to drive for customer satisfaction and profit growth
- Continue to develop knowledge of the products and services being offered with support of Technical Team & know how to extract the date & make it a presentable set of information to clients
- Achieve monthly sales target by capitalizing the market trends, identifying and formulating sales planning and strategies through sales analysis
- Manage contract negotiations and be effective communication channel for addressing problems, resolving challenges in conjunction with the Technical & Development Teams
- Bachelor’s degree holder in business administration/ computer science/ Construction Management or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant B2B experience in which from sales track record of networks from AECO, Construction or IT company is preferrable
- Experience in Key Accounts Management, Channel Sales or Business Development
- With proven experience in pre-sales/ sales within AECO or IT solution channel is an advantage
- Customer-oriented with proactive and good serving attitude
- Presentable and strong in communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Energetic, open-minded and passionate to new technologies
- Proficient in verbal and written skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Excellent skills in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Candidate with sales team management exposure can be considered as Senior/ Sales Manager
