• Leading EMEA Luxury Fashion House

• Provide help desk support and troubleshoot application problems for retail users.
• Conduct frontline diagnostics to identify the root cause of technical issues.
• Offer recommendations and implement solutions to enhance PC and network performance.
• Reinstall software systems as needed or for new installations of PC hardware, software, or services.
• Maintain an updated problem and change log for each network at user sites.
• Perform periodic virus-checking services to ensure network security.
• Assist with PC workstation relocation services and provide technical support for PC, notebook, and monitor installation and configuration.
• Provide hardware and software technical support, including inventory management and documentation.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in help desk support (preferably within the retail industry)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of PC and network performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with software reinstallation procedures and hardware/software installation.
• Ability to maintain accurate problem and change logs.
• Proficiency in PC, notebook, and monitor installation and configuration.
• Strong technical support skills, including hardware and software inventory management and documentation.
