- Provide help desk support and troubleshoot application problems for retail users.
- Conduct frontline diagnostics to identify the root cause of technical issues.
- Offer recommendations and implement solutions to enhance PC and network performance.
- Reinstall software systems as needed or for new installations of PC hardware, software, or services.
- Maintain an updated problem and change log for each network at user sites.
- Perform periodic virus-checking services to ensure network security.
- Assist with PC workstation relocation services and provide technical support for PC, notebook, and monitor installation and configuration.
- Provide hardware and software technical support, including inventory management and documentation.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in help desk support (preferably within the retail industry)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of PC and network performance optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with software reinstallation procedures and hardware/software installation.
- Ability to maintain accurate problem and change logs.
- Proficiency in PC, notebook, and monitor installation and configuration.
- Strong technical support skills, including hardware and software inventory management and documentation.
