Responsibilities:Prepare Environmental Management Plan;Prepare Beam Plus EM & A Report;Prepare submission to EPD such as construction waste disposal, notification for air pollution control, construction waste disposal, wastewater discharge license;Prepare environmental report for biweekly progress meeting;Manage and coordinate all works including the preparation of BEAM Plus submission materials to fullfill the BEAM Plus for New Buildings Version 2.0 requirement;Coordinate tree related issue (existing tree within site).Requirements:Holder of Environmental Officer Course run by the Construction Industry Council Training Academy (CIC) or equivalent, with qualification of BEAM Pro;At least 5 years of construction site experience;Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.We offer attractive remuneration package to the right candidate commensurate with experience and qualifications.
