Sizable Financial Institution] (Senior) Human Resources Officer - #RAA

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits and performance management
• Provide support and advice on HR policies, processes and best practice
• Determine suitable evaluation tools which are most effective in enhancing performance and efficiency
• Serve as an employee champion and implement staff engagement activities to foster a committed workforce
• Ensure impartial practices are followed and in compliance with employment legislation and the Corporate HR guidelines
• Support the Department Head of HR and work as a strategic business partner to provide sound consultative services to line managers

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
• A minimum of 4 years solid experience in sizeable organizations
• People focused, a team player with positive mindset and always strive for excellence
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediately available preferred
